Joanna Foster is an artist and musician working in the field of publicly engaged practice. Her work explores connections between physical, historical and personal journeys, tracing narratives and relationships to place through the visual and experiential languages of printmaking, drawing, walking and sound recording.
Walking is a key method used to engage with the environment, drawing out a sense of place and exploring elements of process and duration.
