This project by Canadian artist Deborah Koenker is a collaboration calling for donations from participants of a piece of clothing or textile with a special history or story. Deborah Koenker will collect the garments and will make a final work with them, including their stories, memories and experiences. Also included as part of this work will be a photo, previously taken by the artist, of each person with their donated garment or textile, along with the written story of the garment’s history.
